As we are a service based organization the Security and Housekeeping staff spend all the festival days ( ON THE JOB ) at their respective workplace. This is really remarkable as without their contribution the organization will not be able to deliver best of customer care. It started right from the time Pallav Sir announced that we need to plan the Diwali activities with clear intent to make every staff member feel happy during diwali festival. The budget for the same was shared with HO team. We were given full freedom to choose the gifts, sweets etc for all employees at HPFMS as well as for all our esteemed clients/business partners those associated with the organization. After a lot of brainstorming we zeroed down on the gifts and sweets for all our staff. We planned for silver coins as gifts which all of us would cherish it for a lifetime as an asset as well as reminders of our happy moments in the organization. We at the backend were fully involved in purchasing, distributing etc. We had planned our activities so that every single listed member includes staff members receive Diwali gestures well on time. It was truly a great feeling to witness our field staff happy after receiving it. Here are the snap shots of happy moments.
It is not just this occasion but many similar occasions we celebrate on a consistent note as matter of happy culture in our organization like pot lunches, surprise treats for smallest achievements, discipline related appreciation for completion of deadlines, letters/certifications for each one of us from our Chairman Sir, MD/CEO, and CDO and the list is never ending …..
